Collecting & Shipping

Every collected work arrives with a signed certificate of authenticity, confirming the piece as an original one-of-one drawing by Genevieve Hohnen. The certificate includes the title, dimensions, medium, date of creation, and the artist's signature.

You also receive a brief note about the work — its context within the broader body of practice and any details specific to its creation.

All drawings ship flat in a rigid protective mailer with acid-free tissue to prevent surface contact. The packaging is designed to protect the work during transit while keeping it completely flat — no rolling, no folding.

Domestic shipping within Australia is included in the price of the artwork. International shipping is available at cost, calculated at checkout based on destination. All international shipments include tracking.

Works are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of collection. Domestic delivery averages 2–5 business days. International delivery averages 7–14 business days depending on destination.

Archival pigment ink on 300GSM paper is an exceptionally durable medium. With basic care, these works will maintain their appearance for generations.

For framing, we recommend using acid-free matting and UV-protective glass. Any professional framer will be familiar with these materials. Avoid placing the work in direct sustained sunlight or in rooms with high humidity.

We want every collector to feel confident in their decision. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your work, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will arrange a return and full refund, provided the work is in its original condition.
